A single-use card number is shared with you by email. You can use this card number during the checkout when adding a code.
Once the card number has been entered, the amount of your card is automatically deducted from your order.

Deliveries, returns & warranty

All deliveries and returns are free. Taxes are taken into account in the price.
All orders are dispatched in 2-3 working days, unless it is bespoke jewellery for which it may take up to 6 weeks.
You have up to 14 working days after receiving your order to submit your return request including your order number and invoice.
In case of a proven manufacturing defect, your jewelry will be changed free of charge for one year from the date of purchase.
